Ein Ovdat (Ovdat spring) National Park

The design of Ein "Ovdat" NP comprised integration in a powerful nature site - a beautiful deep natural limestone canyon, freckled with brown and black flint stones.

'Ein ovdat' spring is situated at the meeting point of 'Ovdat' plain and 'Zin' river glen, separated by the huge 'Zinim' crag, creating two high waterfalls , falling down the 100 m' along the crag. 'Zin' river is one of the largest rivers of the 'Negev' desert, running from 'Mitzpe Ramon', to 'Ovdat' plain, falling down 'Zin' vally through the 'Ein Ovdat' canyon.

The landscaping included delineates the hiking trails, using tender lines staircases crafted to the chalk walls to climb up the steep cliff, between tall erect walls with stone bunks and hidden caves. In a way that an overwhelming nature experience intensifies slowly on the way up.
