Hachoshlim Office Building, Herzliya

A commercial and office building in the industrial area of Herzliya Pituah; The design combines a shaded commercial boulevard on the ground level which envelopes the façade and creates a clear and inviting entrance to the office building.

The entrance is accompanied by a terraced ecological water pond, fed by condensed water from the building's air conditioning system. A trapezoid paving pattern from architectural concrete cuts through the pond's edge and gives it an irregular side wall. The design also includes wood covered sitting elements, within them wetland ponds which flow to the main pond while producing trickling sound.

The second floor reveals a semi-private courtyard which is shared by two offices. This courtyard was designed with the same design language as the ground floor and accommodates large decking surfaces and seats facing the sea view.
