About the project
A mixed-use complex in the heart of Tel Aviv, integrating residential, commercial, and public spaces on the historic site of the city’s wholesale market. A central 9-dunam park, situated on the mall’s roof, seamlessly connects to all surrounding streets. The park features playgrounds, a water element, expansive lawns, and various seating areas. The complex also includes an elementary school and kindergartens, with landscape development executed across multiple rooftops and balconies.
Architecture: Mall and towers by Moore Yaski Sivan Architects, residential blocks by Yashar Architects, and school by Eliakim Architects.
