Ben Sheffer Garden Herzliya
Ben Sheffer Garden Herzliya
About the project
An established garden in central Herzliya named after Zvi Ben-Sheffer, one of the city’s early settlers. The garden features one of the first water wells and a memorial for Israel’s fallen soldiers, telling the city’s historical narratives. The renovation of the garden wove these stories together, incorporating a ceremonial plaza for memorial days, a small amphitheater for community events, a biological ornamental pond, and playground equipment designed to trace the historical Sokolov Street.
