Jerusalem Estates At Schneller Jerusalem

A luxury residential complex located along Malkhei Israel Street, situated on the historic grounds of the Schneller Templar Orphanage, which later served as a military base. The complex comprises six buildings arranged around a central internal public space.
The project features a collection of landscape experiences inspired by the Jerusalem mountains—incorporating agricultural terraces constructed from traditional fieldstone walls, native wild flora, Mediterranean woodland trees, and water springs. The circulation through the main and secondary paths is accompanied by dedicated seating areas featuring custom-built benches and unique pergolas, alongside a “green belt” of shifting vegetation that evolves along the path, enhancing the pedestrian experience. The entrance to each of the six buildings is distinguished by a private seating plaza centered around a focal tree, unique to each building.
