About the project
A mixed-use complex featuring 600 residential units, a neighborhood sports center, office spaces, and commercial areas, strategically located at the HaSira Interchange. The project offers a rich variety of open spaces developed entirely over the parking structures of the residential and office zones. These include urban plazas, public squares, and expansive, shaded green lounging areas.
